Problem:

Regulatory and Compliance Operations groups within Financial Institutions are required to interact with multiple and disparate 3rd party and internal applications when determining whether existing customers are eligible for various mandated benefits, such as those provided by the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). With many of these core systems lacking API support due to their legacy nature and integration non-existent, back office personnel struggle to conduct investigation and research required to process customers’ requests as they are relegated to deep dives into each application.

Solution:

AXP allows business logic from legacy and 3rd party applications to be represented by the creation of open spec compliant APIs without changing or modifying existing code. These APIs surface the key components of these applications which are consumed by a unified and modern front end, minimizing the need to train users on a multitude of interfaces sitting on top of numerous development platforms and speeding up the ability to complete process flows exponentially.
